This Privacy Policy describes the information collected by Project Energy Savers, LLC (“PES”), DBA “Water Education Group”, how that information may be used, with whom it may be shared, and your choices about such uses and disclosures. By using the website www.watereducationgroup.com (the “Site”) and the services, features, content, applications or widgets offered by PES (collectively with the Site, the “Services”), you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Policy. This Policy forms an integral part of PES’s Terms of Use Agreement, which is incorporated by reference. Any capitalized term used but not defined in this Policy will have the meaning defined in the Terms of Use Agreement. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully when using the Site and/or Service.
The Information PES Collects
a) Information You Provide
PES may collect and store any personal information you enter through the Services or the Site. This includes identifying information, such as your name, company name, occupation, home and/or office address, phone number, email address, and credit card information.

How You Can Access Your Information
If you are a registered user with an account to use the Services, you have the ability to review and update your personal information online by logging into your account and clicking on Settings. You also may delete or disable your account at any time by visiting the “Settings” page for your account. If you delete or disable your account, PES may still retain certain information associated with your account for analytical purposes and recordkeeping integrity, as well as to prevent fraud, enforce PES’s Terms of Use, take actions PES deems necessary to protect the integrity of the Services or its users, or take other actions otherwise permitted by law. In addition, if certain information has already been provided to third parties as described in this Privacy Policy, retention of that information will be subject to those third parties’ policies.
How PES Protects Your Personal Information
When you provide personal information through the Site or Services, the information may be sent to servers located in the United States and other countries around the world. PES takes appropriate security measures (including physical, electronic and procedural measures) to help safeguard your personal information from unauthorized access and disclosure. Children’s Privacy
PES restricts the use of the Site and Services to individuals age 13 and above. PES does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.
